What do I do if it doesn`t work?
Wenn es Probleme mit einem unserer Produkte gibt wende Dich bitte an trade@lucky-rocket.com .Here we will clarify with you how the damage is to be assessed and how the problem can be solved. If there is obvious damage caused by the shipping service or packaging errors when the product is delivered to you, please proceed as follows:
1. damage to the package that was obviously caused by the shipping service:- Please do not accept the package, take a photo of the shipping label and send us an info mail. We will then send you a replacement as soon as possible and negotiate with the shipping company about insurance sums, etc...
2. damage caused by wrong or bad packaging (bent tips on upholstered weapons, broken goods despite intact packaging or similar):- Please send us a photo of the goods (not very many) that clearly shows the problem to trade@lucky-rocket.com. We will contact you for a replacement.
3. defective product (Please bear in mind that Freyhand products are handcrafted and do not represent an industrial standard. Small irregularities and inaccuracies do not constitute grounds for complaint).- Please send us a photo of the product (not very many) that clearly shows the problem to trade@lucky-rocket.com. We will contact you for a replacement.
